Chesapeake Hospitalists has continued to expand since its inception
in 1999. It has always been our policy to ensure that staffing
levels keep pace with that growth. Despite being the largest single
hospital group in Hampton Roads and maintaining a retention rate far
surpassing national averages, we are always interested to hear from
