Chesapeake Hospitalists, P.C. is based at Chesapeake General Hospital, a 310 bed community hospital in Chesapeake, VA. Since 1999 we have been part of the Chesapeake General Hospital team, serving the rapidly growing coastal regions of Hampton Roads and eastern North Carolina. In that time, Chesapeake Hospitalists has grown to be the largest single hospital medicine team of any hospital in the region.

Our position at Chesapeake General Hospital provides us with access to a full array of medical and surgical specialists with whom we partner in the care of patients. Complementing that is ready access to a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services.

In addition to supplying such high levels of services, the hospital, medical and nursing staff have maintained the collegiality and friendly atmosphere that make practicing in a community hospital so desirable.
